REVIEW: Super 7 Ultimates Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Wave 1- Yellow Ranger

Next up in my reviews of the first wave of 7inch MMPR Ultimates figures from Super 7 is the Yellow Ranger! Included are a number of accessories from the show, multiple heads for both Trini and Aisha, hands, and pieces to recreate the look of the original Bandai flip head figure.

Including morphers with already morphed figures is the equivalent to wearing a proton pack upside down

Not really. Have them with the civilian heads and you can act like they are in mid-morph. Or doing the Adam in Overdrive updated version of the MMPR morph, which they adapted for the "MMPR Remastered" series

@FaiD Review they should of gave civilian clothes to put over the suits and swappable arms if they want to go that route, could of even kept the boots. They put more into the putty clothes than the rangers stuff

I have the entire first wave. I think they're great, I have room in my collection for both the Lightning Collection and the Ultimates. However, if I could only keep one, it would be these Ultimates figures. 🤭 They're more show accurate imo and feel so much more premium. (price included lol)

The Yellow Ranger and the Putty have some of the best accessories on wave 1. It's a shame the Yellow Ranger remastered lightning figure doesn't come with a Mr. Ticklesneezer doll as well.

The yellow rangers Morpher is going to stand out like a sore thumb if someone is wanting to get the whole team. (It's missing the black holder)

the figure isn't perfect at all look at the chest how they cut it off and I don't like the whole figure and the best figures are figure zero Thank you for the video, it made the decision easier for me to cancel everything, I will only take the evil monsters, I canceled everything else after almost 2 years of ordering

Anyone else think the helmet looks super weird? So odd to me that these companies spend so much time on accessories and amazing heads of actors and adding Mr. Ticklesneezer of all things but not the most quintessential part of a ranger, their helmet. Also, super odd that the power coins in Goldar's box are BEAUTIFUL, but the ones with the actual rangers aren't.

I would imagine Wave 4 will give us White Ranger, Tigerzord in battle mode or maybe Dragonzord in battle mode (probably not both) and then... Rito Rivolto perhaps? We haven't seen him in a while and a Tengu warrior. Maybe the evil Pink Ranger or Lord Drakkon. I got Green Ranger and Tyrannosaurus from this wave, Dragonzord from Wave 2 and nobody from Wave 3 as of yet. Considering how well Tyrannosaurus came out, I'm all in on any future individual Zords they release. I wasn't blown away by the Megazord... it's not bad, but it's not what I'm looking for. Maybe when it comes out I'll change my mind.

One of the monsters for wave 4 was revealed to be madame woe. The other monster will likely be Squatt, Baboo, or Rito.

Like my fav youtuber said they shouldn't of have torso articulation and the biceps swivel is pointless and ugly. It already roatat at the elbow.

Because I have a ton of love for Trini, I got rid of the Aisha head but kept everything else. Another thing I got before I retired from collecting comics and figures. I've seen them all, but all I cared about was the green and yellow rangers. A lot of it also has to do with the unfortunate passing of them both.
