The United States women's national team is considered the most successful in water polo. At the Olympic Games, the team won three gold medals, two silver medals and one bronze medal. In addition to the eight world championship titles, the team has also won one silver medal and two bronze medals at world championships. 🇺🇸🏅
So far, the team from the USA has participated in all Olympic water polo tournaments. The premiere took place in 2000, exactly 100 years after the sport had already been Olympic for men. The last three titles have all gone to the USA 😎
