In which beans are secured, weeds are weeded, seeds are seeded, and water is watered.
On the bike, we go in search of an Egg MacMuffin and authentic wheat.
Frank and Des pop to reminisce about salads of old, and discuss the connection between avocados and narwhals.

Plot looking busy. I need to repot my mint, the one there is huge! Sweet potatoes will go crazy. Its interesting who was the first person to work out how to grow rice like that. McDonald's here is full of hoodies and asbo's, not that I ever go! A new 360 cam? 😉👍🏻

I'm planning how to contain the sweet potatoes - they will start wandering into my neighbours plots soon. That McDonald's was very nice - quiet, clean, the girl that served me was so polite, and cute... That was my annual visit to a Mac. Although it does make a good destination for an early morning ride. The 360 camera was given to me by a friend, who was given it by someone else... It's quite old, it's called the Insta360 EVO. A bit clunky, but I'll see what I can do with it.
