記錄我難得到日本跑咖啡店的影片，但有幾點要先說明
1. 影片的拍攝都是先詢問過店家才進行拍攝
2. 就算用擁有光學加電子防手震的攝影機，風吹加上手抖還是很明
顯，會頭暈的話就請先休息
3. 影片中做的是不專業說明，純粹是個人想法，可信度是可以被質

個人感覺，日本非連鎖的咖啡店都有獨特的風格，也很少看到風格接近的咖啡店，包含豆單選項、沖煮手法與出杯方式。我拜訪的店家都非大型連鎖咖啡，但咖啡師對於自家的咖啡表現大多有著該品牌咖啡店的風格，咖啡師對於本身的職業也非常認同！ 另外，前幾年去日本喝咖啡，很意外他們對中淺烘焙的咖啡接受度很高，不過近幾年台灣也越來越多人開始嘗試中淺焙的咖啡了。
