@6:40 ... yeah, i studied about that in *Psychology* as well. *GABA* (Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid) is a naturally occurring amino acid produced in the brain. *GABA* is "inhibitory" meaning that it blocks, or inhibits, certain brain signals & decreases activity in your nervous system. thus, it supposedly helps increase relaxation, reduce stress, & gives people a more calm, balanced mood. *HOWEVER* the research on the effectiveness of *GABA* supplements (in pills/drinks/etc.) isn't conclusive, especially when compared to the naturally occurring version in your brain. *_side note_* : the drink is called *Chill Out (Relaxation)* w/c makes sense (& is a good play-on-words) as *GABA* is basically your body's natural way to just "chill out".

Hai Rion! I really like your video, especially about how local you can get around japan and compare prices about food or items, it's really sweet and nice to see. But I think you should drink water more everytime you shoot :) Because just watching your video makes me thirsty, I wonder the real situation in there, must be really hot. Hahaha. I didn't know 500 yen for an apple pie is already expensive for a local. When i was in Osaka, i used to buy sandwich from several convenience stores priced at 300-700 yen. Quality is enough for one whole meal though. I so miss Japan. Hoping to visit in spring.
