Your pancake looks like what we call Pikelets in Australia (maybe it’s the same in the UK too). The batter is thicker than regular pancakes. They are usually made smaller in size but are fatter when cooked. It used to be a really popular snack for children’s school lunch.

Thank you for sharing😊 We actually didnt know even we were both in the UK for many years....( or we might just forgot.)

No need for pancake mix if you have to add eggs and milk anyway! All you need is flour and baking soda! :) It's so nice to see how well you care for the plants. I love those ferns!

Thank you! The ferns, they are my favourite kind!☺️🌱
Your plants look great! When I will come back to visit Japan I would love to have a look on plants shops to see which kind of species you have there

Watching from Scotland. I was in Tokyo and enjoyed growing the plants in door and flowers outside. Sadly Scottish weather wouldn’t keep them healthy😢

Thanks for your comment, it’s great to hear from Scotland! As we’ve been to Scotland, we get what you mean😢 hope you find some nice indoor plants appropriate for Scottish weather though!

Oh, I've never tried pancakes with cheese - must try it one day! My topping for pancake is always maple syrup and some fresh fruits.

Your videos are so relaxing! Can I ask whether you made the shelves under the eucalyptus branches? The wooden shelves with black iron framing? Very interested to make my own too :)

Thank you! Pancake was normal, just a pancake flour, egg and soy milk but we recommend to have it with salt, butter and finely grated cheddar!
