From Japan Thank you for sharing your live experience. I have seen you doing interviews at the venue many times. It was a wonderful live concert where many BAND-MAID fans gathered. I live in Hiroshima, so I'm looking forward to the national tour. I hope that many overseas fans will come to Japan.

Totally awesome concert. The only things I would have done, had I been in charge: ;-) Added a couple of room mics for the streaming audience and paned the audience to help place the streaming crowd more into the venue. And made sure Saiki's earpiece and monitor volumes were better adjusted. She was having some trouble. Here performance was great, but not like she usually is. Kanami was have some difficulty, too, but still a superstar. MISA ripped everything to pieces. Miku and Akane were super solid. And I would have made the mask exception at the end... start at the beginning, so the audience screams and singing weren't so muffled. But another stellar performance from the world's best progressive, hard rock group -- Band-Maid. They are all experienced pros who made the adjustments and fought through adversity to total victory. "We have got to Win!" ... and did! Thx, Peter!

IMHO, this year the management decided to strengthen their grip in Japan & USA. With their succes in US Tour seems they want to attract more local fans. Hope they will fly to Europe, South America, Asia and the rest of the world in 2024.

They definitely want to double down on the success of last year's tour in the US, but also to grow the fan base in Japan, as well as keeping them from feeling neglected. To return to live shows and not show loyalty and gratitude to their own country would be hurtful to fans here.

@@maidnewsnetwork exacly. In the Domination MV it's clear that BAND-MAID focus in US before fly out to the rest of the world. We have to admit that US is the capital of Rock in the world, so lets support our Maids planning their World Domination start from Japan & USA.

It was a really interesting list of towns in Japan that they're touring in 2023, including two on the beautiful island of Shikoku. Our Nat Geo tour went there in 2019, and it's really off the beaten tourist path and would probably be really small venues (just guessing). If someone wanted to make a trip to Japan to see the maids and the sights I'd personally really consider one of these shows, and then seeing Shikoku (super nice locals, gorgeous scenery, onsen, etc.) and then maybe the "Art Island" of Naoshima. Just looking at the tour schedule brings back really nice memories.
