This year the halloween celebrations were pretty muted compared to past years. Both Shibuya and Shinjuku have upped their anti-Halloween celebration campaigns even more so this year. Typically each year, the weekend leading up to halloween also sees crowds of people celebrating, but this year there was almost nothing. @@rjz2069 It looks really weird in public. Like I know in Japan gropping is an issue, but the criminals are usually very subtle about it. This guy just did it while walking in public as if it's nothing really raised a lot of quesions.

It's become so multicultural now. Surprising for me since when i lived there, seeing another non native japanese person was rare, even in shibuya, and last time there was 2009.
