The biggest difference between the schools is that tokyo is trying to make more yuki's, people who focus on they're development and experience for the world. While kyoto focus's on making more geto's, people who are creative and resourcefull even with bad abilities(like bffr, boogie woogie is not a top 20 CT)

Nah its more so the schools rather then the teachers, Utahime teaches more in theory and Gojo more so practical. Both werent bad teacher but unfortunately taught in different schools. If both were im one Tokyo students would be smart in their education not just in sorcery and vice versa Kyoto would be stronger in sorcery. I have some respect for Yaga for accepting the rejects Kyoto and the higher ups didnt want either because of their clan blood or how troublesome they were. Gojo can't explain or teach but he sure can mentor , he sure tells them hat they lack , like he trains with them one on one sparring and yuji he tells that his ce is releasing lately compared to his punches , and for megumi he says his mindset is the problem , for yuta he keeps telling him to Improve his ce control , he also tosses his missions to them so they can be pushed and learn on practical fields , I think gojo also is a type of teacher whom u should listen to carefully like when he lectures megumi about his mindset , it was just a little sentences but more depth .
