We always freeze the Banana first, it makes the chocolate dry faster and you don't need oil.

This video was so relaxing and interesting. I've never had those kind of candied toffee grapes before. They seem intriguing. I like the DIY aspect of this vid.

I love any and all videos you post. I love seeing how Japan is so different from the US. Food, architecture, technology, all of it. Keep filming and showing us everything. I am really learning a lot about Japan from your videos. There are things I have wondered from television and movies and your videos answer my questions. Love them. Keep them coming

Tip for the banana freeze or chill first to firm them then you can dip them find if you don't or cant use dipping chocolate coconut oil is the butter option because it will firm up beter.

The candied fruit is like tanghulu in China. It's usually done with hawthorn berries in Beijing and it's so good. A brilliant balance between tart and sweet but too many seeds. Most also do blueberries, strawberries, and pineapple.

I really liked the video. AND it helped me figure out what I’m going to do with my second camera. I bought a new one as my old one isn’t working from time to time and I was thinking all the time about, what am I going to do with two cameras. And now I saw in your video how you worked with your vlogging camera (?) while filming. XD Not really related to the sweets, but still thank you 🙏 😆

What I do when doing choco bananas is I dip the banana as far as I can into the pot and then I take a spoon and just scoop the chocolate on top of the banana while still hovering on top of the pot so the chocolate falls back into the pot so you don’t waste chocolate hope that makes sense! :)

Ur suppose to freeze the bananas first. Then they won’t break and they’ll sick straight up. And u lay them on wax paper after the chocolate. Also I don’t recommend normal chocolate chips try candy melts.
