I walk 10000 steps every day and drink 2,5-3 litres of water . My food is tactical in the day 4-5 small meals. Every meal portion is in the palm of my hand so I don't count at all my calories I eat whatever I want of course all healthy...I am not drinking alcohol not smoking not staying too long awake at night sleep 8 uhrs. I drink water tea and milk with probiotics.. Plus I am a bowling athlete so i am fine ..

Thank you for pointing out groping. Everyone likes to repeat that Japan is so safe, but sexual harassment, upskirting etc is super common and we ignore that fact. It just rarely results in being convinced of a crime unfortunately, which makes the statistics look much lower

As a wheelchair user I hate how people don't think about or be careful of bags on their backs or slung over a shoulder. I am often hit by them around the head, or have them catch on push handles (when some act like I'm the one to blame for that)

Just a small correction, São Paulo has the biggest Japanese community outside Japan, not Liberdade. Liberdade is just a neighborhood, and nowadays, it's more like an Asian district (mainly Japanese, Chinese and Korean).
