Thank u for helping me understand. I didn't realize how much was expected of ppl. They r such proud ppl as well. A friend of mine said, too much is expected of these ppl. The children, have tremendous pressure put on them as soon as they can understand. How very very sad. I'm glad u r helping the ppl u know there, to get the help they need. Mental health today, is in such a crisis. We r also, so hard on ourselves. For all it's beauty, there is so much pain. Thank u . ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Have u been to Aoykegahara ??? The suicide forest. I may have spelled it wrong. I've seen do much of about it on here, videos. Why is life so hard in Japan??? I don't understand it. My heart really hurts for those beautiful people. That's such a permanent solution to a what may be a temporary state. I'm not asking to be a jerk. It just breaks my heart. It's the highest rate of suicides in the world!!! I heard, that life is so full of pressure there, that the people just can't find a better way. I know there r specialists trying to stop it. They comb the forest daily, trying to stop the act. Can u shine a light on this for me???? Again, I'm just sad about it, I'm not in any way, trying to exploit the ppl. Please don't get upset with me. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I haven’t been and don’t plan to go. Living in Japan can be extremely hard. Long working hours, expecting to go out drinking after work, sleep for 4 hours then go back to work again. Standing out isn’t good, making friends isn’t easy either. Mental health care is very behind and not many people want to get help which was why I’ve attended mental health awareness events and talk about it openly to encourage those who need help to go get it. Unfortunately Japan still has a long way to go but it is (very) slowly getting better. I am really happy in Japan but I will say it took me a long time to get to this point
