The only thing that gives away which beer is real and which is fake is the real beer is cold, so the cup has a fog over the outside. If the real beer was warmer, I couldn't tell the difference. 😀 you did perfect Shiori!

Loved walking down Kappabashi but we’ve also travelled to Gujo Hachiman (home of plastic food). Amazing to see it being made and on display. We made a small tart with cream and fruits on top. Would love to make a kit though with my students at school. Not sure who won there. Emma’s was probably the most difficult but they sure looked good enough to eat/drink. 😍

I was eating dinner out of a bowl I bought at Kappabashi as I watched this. The plates and platters also make nice omiyage if you can get them home in one piece (I stick them in the middle of my clothes case). But food samples in odd forms (like jewellery, mobile phone charms or key chains) also make good presents.
