@bjjgarage1378 Thank you very much! With structural and other upgrades, may put you somewhere between $1.1 to $1.3, give or take. Buyers on average spend 7 to 12% in upgrades. The builders designers sometimes go a little crazier. 😉

I'd venture to say between $1.2 to $1.5, give or take.

Catch 22. Been told I don't talk enough. Some like it when people talk through the entire tour outlining a description of every room. I don't do that, but I do try to give a little info on the home so people know what they're getting, then I let the home speak for itself by not talking through the tour. But, can't please everyone, right? 🙂
