I have traveled 800+ km in a day many times on my Xpulse ( Gorakhpur to Rishikesh ) (Gorakhpur to Delhi) (Lucknow to Chandigarh ) faced problem only once when I was on Ganga Expressway and was crusing on110 kmph for some time, hose pipe started oil to leak over raidiator due to heat... Apart from that never faced any issue

some other video you mentioned that the trip meter automatically resets after 999 km., is that issue resolved now? Also, how does the bike perform touring at around 100-110 kmph? does it comfortably sustain that speed for longer duration (around 70-100 km stretches)?
