Been thinking of the Nigeria power problem, generator and solution. Instead of every house having a generator, they should all contribute and buy one heavy duty generator that can power a whole estate, install it somewhere away from the houses to reduce noise and pollution...Nice video. Thank you.

Lack of maintenance is the big issues in Nigeria before you buy house you need to ask one or two residents about the estate avoid headache after buying
@therealist28662 жыл бұрын
Most estates have ONE generator (which is why they advertise 24/7 power) in a utility building, not a generator in each house. Meanwhile, most of these modern generators are silent and do not belch out fumes. Not ideal, but these have long moved on from the 20th century idea of generators.

The way Nigerians building house is a reflection of their mindset. Also it's the same way they run their economy. Negligence of enviroment.

Side walks are a must in any real estate development. I am surprised that the estate in the video do not have them. The era of open gutters is gone.

The drainages are uncovered which is bad, there many multi million worth houses that the drainage at their frontage is not covered. How can such occupants be inhaling obnoxious odor despite the huge amount of been paid to buy a house? and their houses are too close to one another. They don't have shopping mall and sport complex also. But I like their gate, they have spikes & electric door for pedestrians. Just exactly like Vgc. The estate is cool & serene, I like it. Kudos to aunty tolu for the clarity of the recording. 👍👍👍

It is so sad to see that the estate developer in this video do not care about space .These are new buildings that must have space between the buildings.Residents of the apartments can be looking at each other through their windows. If there is a fire in any of the apartments it will spread like a wildfire. The estate is going to be congested in future because the buildings are too close to each other.My observation.
@ToluNazzal2 жыл бұрын
Very true. It is already congested.
