As for me I will never pay for something in dollars in nigeria, our money is naira, all the developers should start giving price in naira if your want people to buy whatever your selling. Also all those off plan project I will never put my money down for it, the developer suppose to do the project and then when the project is finished then people can start buying it period. This is my opinion

Thank you so much for watching. Prices are mentioned in naira and put in dollars for others to understand the price quickly. Off Plan sales is an opportunity for people to get the property at a lower price. The cost of finishing a property goes up daily in this economy, you won't be able to get the property at the same price when complete and also you don't get the opportunity to pay in installments. Its an opportunity that people take advantage of.

I honestly feel very strongly about doing business with any company in Nigeria that gives any price in dollars. It’s one thing to give it in Naira and then maybe do the current conversion in dollars or whatever currency but absolutely nothing in Nigeria should be quoted or priced in dollars. It’s just a terrible and unfortunate thing to be involved in. We might not all have the direct power to change policy but we can all do our small part. Please don’t support anyone giving you prices in dollars for things in Nigeria.

People asked for it inorder to under faster. If I need to buy something in a currency I am not used to, I would need to convert it to understand what I am about to spend.
