They don’t answer cause pro athletes recognize talent and hardwork. MJ was the most hardworking and obsessed with winning type of dude but lebron has natural talent, he doesn’t have to bend the game to his will like MJ because he understands basketball at a much higher level than maybe anyone who ever played. Lebron won’t surpass MJ’s accomplishments but he’s definitely the better talent. There nothing on a basketball court that he can’t do. MJ will always take the last shot but lebron will always make the right play meaning whoever has the highest probability of making the shot will take it when you play with lebron. Personally I think MJ is the goat just cause he was the pioneer, but when Lebron is done he will also have an argument that’s he’s the goat. Titles don’t count here cause Bill Russell has the most. And if you understand anything about basketball please don’t mention Kobe in the top 5 🤣.

I know you say it's not all about "the rings", and I agree .. but the fact that LeBron was the one who had to repeatedly "join forces" with other superstars and/or highly established players, and he STILL couldn't get it done!! SIX Finals losses with these collections of talent, and possibly one or two more to come! At a certain point, that record of failure - and its juxtaposition to the other guy's overwhelming success, on ONE team mind you - becomes so glaring that it simply cannot be downplayed .. at all

Bill Kittleman so if league executives bring superstars together, you approve of it but if players decide to join forces then it’s a stain on their career. Even the bulls were a superteam if you recall correctly. And I know you say lebron stacked the deck but let’s be factual here. Chris Bosh was not better than Dennis Rodman, Dwayne wade was good but he always had so many injuries and was never really that consistent. I won’t even mention Kevin love cause he’s just too overrated, and nobody knew kyrie Irving before lebron went back, lebron has had to endure too many misconceptions about forming super teams. The only loss that looks bad on Lebron is the one against the Mavericks in 2011, all the others are more than justified. And remember the strength of teams that lebron had faced in the finals are way too strong compared to the competition that MJ’s bulls faced

Trent Fable seems to me like you are just claiming I’m using my emotions but you are the one missing the facts. Yes MJ’s team wasn’t built by the players themselves but is there s rule that says a player can’t be a goat if he decides to maximize his talent by joining players who are of his caliber? Ok let’s examine all of lebron’s losses, his first finals he lost to the spurs and he was a 22 year old playing with a bunch of scrubs, the his other loss to the spurs Dwayne wade wasn’t healthy and Chris Bosh wasn’t even producing, his first loss to the warriors, again the second best player next to him was Mathew delavedova kyrie was injured, Kevin Love also injured. His loss to the warriors in 2017, he was amazing but his team was simply overmatched by the warriors. His loss in 2018, he was practically the only all star on his team, while the warriors are the greatest team in NBA history. The only loss that looks bad on his record is the 2011 finals. By the way All the team I mentioned that lebron went against, MJ never faced a strong opponent in the finals like the ones lebron faced. And again I hate to educate you but your idea of the goat is someone who has more rings then Bill Russell has something to say about that. So going 6-6 doesn’t cut it here.

And yes even stats prove lebron is more talented than MJ. MJ just has more accomplishments. Please research first, if you keep listening to what people say, you’ll never get the truth. Aaron Rodgers should not be in this conversation of the GOAT and just like Lebron being called the GOAT. Once again the sport media creates these false narratives when our eyes tell a different story. Drew Bess is better than Aaron Rodgers and Kobe Bryant is better than Lebron James. Lebron James skill set has to many missing parts to be place above Kobe Bryant. If we look at the current era of basketball player then Kevin Durant by all means is way above the rim of the likes of Lebron James. Kevin Durant made Lebron James wrap his hand with a piece of black fabric as a cast to show that his hand was broken after the 4 game sweep in the finals.
