It’s crazy how everyone talks about Lamar having to get to a Super Bowl to be great. Peyton Manning was called great before he went to a Super Bowl and rightfully so because, it takes a team including coaches to win a Super Bowl. A quarterback can give his team a better chance by being great at the most important position of the game while helping make the players around him and his coaches better. However, a quarterback can’t play all 22 plus positions. There are quarterbacks that have won Super Bowls that aren’t great and won’t make the HOF. This is a team game so, you should only be judged by how you play your position. Dan Marino can’t sit down at the HOF because he didn’t win a Super Bowl? Shady’s comment didn’t make no sense to me.
