They do have "off-limit" agreements...usually one or two areas. Like after William Shatner's wife was depressed, her suicide was completely off limits for his roast, for even the most off-color roasting topics. I think we can appreciate there's some limits to being mocked for an entire evening, some going to charity. So if Tom Brady says he doesn't want his friend and boss to be the topic, it was Ross who violated the agreement. Brady's giving him a polite warning.
