Ronald McDaniels was a heat seeking clown of a missile sent in to destroy this franchise. (Or a clown wearing a suicide vest, which ever image you prefer.) He almost succeeded. Hopefully, Mark Davis learned his lesson. Brady may be the genuine deal, but it still galls my Silver and Black soul to see him in our building. I just pray this works out!!!

Say what you want. David Arnet was a bust. However, Henry Ruggs III wasn’t. Yes 🙌🏼 He messed big with that drunk driving accident resulting in the death of a lady and her dog 🐕, which he was justifiably punished by going to jail. Yet, was balling 🤑 out against teams like Pittsburgh and Denver. If he didn’t get into that accident, he would’ve had a 1,100 - 1,300 yards receiving.

Once again… Carl made a great point as to why Telesco needed to get fired…. I focused on how well he did with the draft…. But Minschew, and losing Jacobs and Amik Robertson are fireable offenses…. Good job once again Carl… you gave me another moment of clarity. 🤔We still have an idiot for an Owner though…. And you got it right again when you said it’s been like a ‘ perpetual rebuild since 2011 ‘…. Unfortunately Mayock was responsible for those bad picks with Gruden too. We really screwed the pooch in the draft for a decade…. I’m not feeling great about Brady either… But what else is there to do? Gotta give him a chance like Douche McDaniel…. If he can bring in the wiz kid from Detroit then maybe that’s a start…. You maybe forgot to mention Telesco didn’t offer Kingsbury the extra year ( maybe that was Davis?) Seems like the team is wasting more money on former coaches than current coaches… ? Is Gruden still getting any $$ from the team or was his contract null after he was fired I ‘21’?

Good take Carl. What if the players and fans don't like Ben Johnson the way they didn't like Josh McDaniel's their both first time HC. What if Ben Johnson brings in his Own QB trades for Hendon Hooker who knows his system sits Aiden for the season or until Hooker get hurt. Mostly likely Aiden will be the back up doesn't know the Ben Johnson system. What if Lions lose Ben Johnson stays with Lions to run it back another year. Raiders may just hire Pete Carol now to avoid not getting Johnson later. Pete Carol will want a new QB maybe get in FA for Sam Darnold or Trade for Cousins then bring back the Turners has OC. Lots of things can happen before Ben Johnson and who knows if the Raiders players will like the change from AP to Ben Johnson

MJ was already a degenerate gambler deep in his alcoholism by the time he owned the Hornets lol. He was also in a sport where he could take over on willpower alone to get wins. I have to disagree about Ruggs. He was a stud his second year. What he did OFF the field had NOTHING to do with his production. And Clee has found his place. He was never going to be that guy but he is still playing. Gruden said that Mack and Copper's contracts were not sustainable for the team and he was correct. Gruden ALSO said 4 years to rebuild and then the playoffs and he delivered. He turned Carr around and he brought stability that we had been lacking until Goodell pulled the rug from under us as fans and that is A FACT that no one seems to care about. And in my opinion and the numbers speak for them selves if Johnson is not that guy Gruden is and Brady should consider that.

The ONE good thing McDaniels did was get rid of derek carr. The raiders had gotten complacent with carr. The truth is derek carr should've been a journeyman on his 3rd or 4th team by now, and the raiders hurt themselves by keeping him around and paying him as much as they did making him look like a franchise qb when he was just an average qb. I do agree, that McDaniels should've had a better plan to find a replacement for carr. Something set in stone before showing carr the door, but instead he took a gamble. McDaniels was banking on bringing in Brady for a year or possibly Rodgers. But his plan backfired spectacularly when Brady decided to retire and Rodgers signed with the jets. This ultimately cost him his job, passing on jalen carter to draft a 1st round bust didn't help either. Some people still cry about the raiders letting carr go, but the reality is they were never going to be able to improve that position until he was gone and would've been stuck in mediocrity with him. I still stand firm on this, even though the raiders qb situation hasn't been any better. Carr hasn't been impressive on his new team, the saints have zero playoff appearances since signing, and only won one more game than the raiders this year. Atleast the raiders aren't committing a large chunk of their salary cap for a mediocre qb

I still believe the best way forward is to go for BPA/Needs. As of right now: QB, RB, CB are out top positions. Hopefully we get the combo of Johnson/Spytek, cause I feel that the best way forward with us. My draft as of the class rankings now: Rd 1: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State. You cant pass up on a Heisman Runner up and he had a monster year. Our running backs were dog water, and it will fit a need. Carter would be my runner up pick or Will Johnson. Rd 2: Trey Amos, CB, Ole Miss. Comparable stats to Johnson but I think RB is a deeper need that CB. We got Bennett and Jones that are still developing, but Amos would fit right in. Rd 3: Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss. This could be seen as a 2nd round pick, but if he performs amazing at the combine and pro days, I can see him jumping to 1st round and I would like that, but for now they slate him as a day 2 pick. If the "Draft" experts think Milroe and Ewers are better than him, good, keep it that way, cause cause I see Dart being the 3rd best QB and getting him at this round would be steal IMO.
