I met him , came to know him a bit , Back then , The Hunt for Red October was being made and the book Cardinal of The Kremlin was #1 .. I was still like .. Who is this guy ? . Tom surpassed my expectations

well you also have to take into account costs and what such a coating would do for the mech maybe it would slow it down or something I know in real life many modern day vehicles have some trade offs like some tanks being amphibious but having less armor

Trust me, u can tell a big difference between 720p and 1080p. It looks good in 720, but it would look freaken amazing in 1080

yeah the problem with the material is that if you are wearing it you can't see through it so you will have to rely on someone to tell you where to go either that or cut a hole which will also expose your face but hey everything has its disadvantages
