One thing I always admired about HAWX was how much more respect it paid to actual military brevity compared to ace combat. Everytime someone opens their mouth in Ace combat I want to throw my controller through the screen and scream into a pillow

This game was like ace combat but it didn’t spit in aviation’s face like ace combat does. If they got the cameras better in off mode it really could have caught on and gave ace combat a run for its money. The story was gritty and interesting, unlike any ace combat story I’ve ever played, and a rarely ever cringed at the voice lines, which is the reason after playing AC7 I swore to never play an AC again. It was so fucking bad

@@TycoonTitian01No, he didn’t drop a bomb, you just assumed that. He literally called out “Rifle-1” which is the brevity code for the release of an air to ground missile. Its some fictional missile but it is in fact not a bomb in any capacity. The missile honestly looks like a hellfire in the rear and a paveway near the seeker.
