Options = DPS OR Crit or Skill build totally up to you
Crit builds = 4 piece Umbra, or Negotiators with contractors & ridgeway pride chest. or
1 Grupo , 1 Ceska, 1 Fenris with 2 W&H & Ridgeway pride chest
or 3 Sokolov, 1 Grupo , 1 Ceska, & Ridgeway pride chest.
DPS Builds = 4 piece Striker, Heartbreaker with Contractors & Ridgeway pride chest
Status builds = 4 piece Eclipse or Ongoing with Electrique or Golan backpack & ridgeway pride chest.
Chest talents = Ridgeway pride or perfect Trauma
Backpack talents = Creeping Death / Vigilance / Wicked Perfects are up to you.
Weapons = LMG Iron Lung or SMG Vector , AR Famas, King Breaker
Weapon Talents = Flatline or Sadist

Ceasar with BTSU gloves. Hive is much faster and can have 18 charges. Use a Vector with bleed trait and farm Lincoln memorial. 😎

Run ongoing instead of eclipse. You'll be much better off and constantly get bleed rounds for distance. Good luck

That is what I run with vile and it is pretty much my favourite build. I never run out of ammo.
