Wants out of what? The state? I assume when you say "whole state" you're talking about geography. Truth: most of the state is desert and very sparsely populated. Another large part is national forest and not populated at all. The vast majority of people live in the valley, a thin line along I-5, which runs from Washington to California. It's true that people who live in the sticks and along the coast wish to join Idaho, but they are far from the "whole state." I'll bet you're one of those people who believe that Portland burned to the ground, too.
