Tom Cruise Filming Mission Impossible 8 in Hoedspruit, South Africa

Our small wildlife town of Hoedspruit is currently home to Tom Cruise and the Mission Impossible 8 crew. The daily interactions between excited community members, Tom Cruise, and his crew have been incredibly positive. He's also been especially good with the kids who come out to see him on a daily basis.

There are a very small group of religious bigots who try to make the claim that Scientology is this bad thing and does not help people. Tom Cruse has been a Scientologist for over 20 years and his life has been doing well applying Scientology and that really bothers them. Rabid detractors tend to be former Scientology staff members that were expelled from the church for unethical conduct. These one in a million detractors and rather than move on with their lives will spew hate and misinformation on the church in an effort to (in their mind) to cover up their past bad deeds and evil souls. Best thing is to research Scientology yourself rather than take anyone's word for it even my comments here. Go to the Scientology network where you can see interviewed with those that are not Scientologist and generally another religion all together that work with Scientologist to reduce religious Hate speech, increase human rights world wide and things you would not believe.
