The water reflex of your body makes it so that when your face is wet you can actually hold your breath for way longer. While swimming you are consuming energy though, making you last less.

They had 2 lights (at least) setup that look Tungsten balanced. I'm sure they white balanced the camera wrong too, because it shouldn't look that warm even if they were using Tungsten lights, I think they left the camera on Daylight after filming outdoors. They just didn't bother colour correcting it in post afterwards @Jake Ledoux You can fix almost any colour issues in post so long as it's not blown out (overexposed) or true black (underexposed) Colour correction doesn't add or remove any data, it just changes the values of each pixel. So as long as the pixels have some information you can work with, you can fix it

Xyloch, you can compensate for it and sometimes that's enough, but unless you shoot RAW you're gonna lose some color information in the process.

I think the trick is to inhale as much air as you can and then immediately exhale half of it. After that you just start exhaling continuously.
