man.. First he lost Jerry Finn, Great producer - unofficial fourth member of BLink 182. Then Critter passed away - unofficial fifth member of Angels.

people think he is just a punk guitarist who only knows punk power chords. Tom DeLonge is one of the most original guitarists around, he tries to get the best possible sounds from his guitar to make his fans and himself happy.

Critter knows how to save money! Tom knows in depth how to create music in the best way and how the industry works and that's what makes him so experienced and great at what he does. His experience in the business pays off thru the music he creates. Fascintaing

Imagine today uyou can make a pro recording studio for under 100/150 grand (providing of course you have the space), and at that price you can pretty much go full universal audio and Neve and Nuemann, I mean 1million to produce an album today, that's downright crazy and at 300 grand your also getting some nice amps and guitars. Ah the digital era

didn't he use a gibson les paul on feeling this as well as his gibson signature?
@dstacyify
@dstacyify 5 жыл бұрын
If you're referring to the music video no. He was using his signature ES-333 in the video (and I'm sure that was what he used for recording as well). I don't think I've ever seen him use a Les Paul once in his career. Before the ES-333 became his signature guitar onstage he was very much a Strat guy.

@AALLJJNNDDRR actually it was tom and scott first,every one thinks mark was before scott but not the truth,to top it off they started atticus in 2001,in 1999 they they became huge with enema of the state,so you should get your facts straight.

@ishidhjk1 he started blink with mark at 16 or 17. They struggle many years to reach comercial succes. Then he and mark started they own clothes company named atticus, and then a footwear company named macbeth. They become filthy rich with music and their bussines.

I've recorded rock albums by myself... Playing everything, writing everything... Engineering it all. Took me about 12 months to really finish it. The albums are On my channel. It would've been faster but writing material that's all varied and good quality seems to take time.
