It is also known as a hobble knot. Used to put on an animals legs to stop them running off when grooming etc. If you lock each end with a half hitch you can make a firemans chair for emergency rescue.

Pretty awesome when the credits are longer than the video! That is success.

So this is a quick tie for shoe laces as well. If you go under with the left side, you get a “weak” knot but if go over with the left side you end up with the “strong” knot.

Thanks! I used to do this a lot, but I quit because I always got the weak knot.

Ima use this to tie me shoes. Last night I tried to tie my shoe with some snake knots but it didn’t work. I’m sure you would be able to do it

Got anything for those of us with big heads that need *longer* earloops on our masks?
@TheWeaversofEternity3 жыл бұрын
Hmm.. that's a problem worthy of a solution. You can try making a mask ear saver, that way at least the pressure is off your ears. kzbin.info/www/bejne/l5eTaZymYtCSsKM

I need to confess that I entirely made up the name "Greek fool's knot" as a plausible historical synonym on Wikipedia. Forgive me
