everytime i see Tom Hardy,i just feel so proud of the human race.That amidst a perpetuation of war and conflict,it is still able to give birth to a soul as beautiful as his every once in a while.This man just transcends nationality,i'm asian yet i feel like he's my own elder brother.i never thought i'd ever come to respect another human as i do Tom Hardy.he's unconscious of it but he's the reason i get up in the morning with a smile,or even get up at all.

Despite the suggestions that it was a joke, hardy looked genuinely pissed off. First it was the big breakfast clip and then ross took the piss out of him when he wasn't paying attention and in front of keira and denzel to. He grabbed ross's ass to defuse the tension. Hardy a brilliant actor but he is a serious individual and wants to be more or less taken that way, slightly insecure and always edgy. He just played bane so it was probably difficult to brush the character personna off.

Initially, when I heard about this 'awkward' interview, I thought it was probably amother fragile Hollywood ego which had been pricked. But in reality, Tom Hardy simply seems to be a very self-conscious person. He looked so nervous in this interview I felt sorry for him. I'm sure he will get better at conversing in interviews.

Christopher Nolan has this skill of pushing actors to their limits and more. Just look at Heath Ledger for example. He pushed him and he played his best role as the Joker out of all his other roles. I am sure he will do the same with Tom Hardy as he plays Bane. This interview was shot. Mainly because Jonathan Ross did not ask the right questions. He was much better in hid BBC Friday night show but now he is not the same and not as funny either.

He's not angry - probably not even particularly embarrassed. He almost certainly knows what kind of interviewer Jonathan is and how much of a piss-taker he can be. In a lot of interviews Tom is seen mucking about and generally just not taking the whole thing particularly seriously. And he gets his own back by not letting go of Jonathan when they hug (a gentle reminder who the alpha male REALLY is....). Could he by any chance (shock horror) have been acting? (-:
