The authorities issue these unjustified charges as they feel fit without any consideration for the recipients. The time effort worry and financial burden it puts on all concerned. I can only say having done business with you for the last 30 plus years I’ve always found your company trustworthy and reliable. Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

Maybe, didn't he take tens of millions and then go into administration? If I heard rightly. They might not be able to provide evidence he knew the company was failing and still took investments knowing the short-term outcome. My guess is they will build a case from a different angle.
