For me itd be (IF i was forced to choose): 1.Shawshank 2. Stand by me 3 Green Mile. theyre all such different films, but all amazing examples of Stephen Kings talent for short stories (hes an incredible novelist, but i dont think he gets enough praise for his short stories, especially given the incredible films that have been made from his short stories!). Stand by me is a great film, with incredible performances, and nails that feeling of small-town America that is very strong in the orignal story, aswell as the dynamics between the boys. Shawshank Redemption is, Id say, as close to a perfect film as its possible to think of; Morgan freemans performance is outstanding, and that narration is iconic. The score is iconic, and instantly recognisable. Then you have Brookes, and the phrase 'brookes was here' will never not make me cry. Tim Robbins as Andy Dufresne is perfect - literally cannot imagine anyone else in that role, he nails it. The ending of 'Shawshank...' is one of the great endings in cinema, and it always makes you smile.

Why were they able to show the movie in Toronto in summer, 2024, but we have to wait until next summer to see it? It’s fatiguing to be walloped with all this hoopla knowing we’ll have to wait that long.

Tom Hiddleston has been such a disappointment to me , he was gifted a great part of Loki but since then he has under-performed and hasn't shown much ability or talent lately , you are supposed to be an alleged Actor or what?????
