Darren McJelly I know this reply is really late but it's typical to have the interviewer ask the subject 3 questions at the end of an interview: "is there anything you want to add", "it there anything you want to take out", and "are there any questions I didn't ask that you'd like me to". I'm studying stuff like this in college so I thought I'd share :)

Ok, maybe if Tom was older or even a more experience actor at the moment of the interview I would agreed with you but Tom was really young and new to the holy interview world so I understand why the interviewer say that question to him and also it is not a interview about politics o stuff like that so there is no need to make hard question. Also like @simpleman said it is a typical question the interviewers have in the script of the interview so it there anything that went unsaid, it give the opportunity to the artist to say it.
