❤️ his voice, great vocals and oh yes very handsome. I follow him since 1969 I was 12 years old. My sister took me to his show in Tampa, FLand I’ve been a fan ever since. Travel to see him anywhere in Fl and sometimes saw him back to back in concerts the same night when he was doing 2 shows a night. When I became an adult I travel to see him throughout the US. When we travel throughout Europe I never got to see him due to our work schedule but certainly tried! The only regret I have is not documenting how many of his shows/concerts I actually attended. However, I have wonderful memories and that voice of his always took my heart especially when he sang those slower songs. It was always like he was telling a story. Fabulous singer/entertainer. Oh BTW I got my 1st kiss from Mr. Jones in Miami, FL 1973 I was just 16. He was sweating so much on stage and my sister and I had 2nd row seats and he ask for a hanker-shift well I stood up and waved my sisters and he said “come up my ❤️” off I went and he wipe himself with it and then he ask my name etc and said thank you and then BAM! The 😘 yes at 16. Great story and true. Now I’m 63 still seeing him any chance I get. 💕

Although I love his voice, the image of skin tight trousers, big buckle and shirt wide open was getting a bit tired and out of date by the 80s. When Tom's manager died and his son took over he updated his dad's image. Long may the great man continue.

I see Kim wrote and released this song in April 83, Tom's performance here was September 83 and I was sure he'd said it was written for him in other TV interviews to support this tour but now I think I'm wrong. I'd say it's a Kim Carnes song and he's covered it! Never knew of her involvement with the song, I enjoyed the brief research!
