My favorite fact about this version of the song: Tom recounted in an interview that a pianist who worked on the recording fell out of his chair when he heard the title of the song, as the pianist had apparently not known what the song was for.

This is by far the best version. Sounds like something from a Disney movie.

You say "It is one of four songs recorded with Richard Hayman in 1960." So far I've got Pigeons, Masochism, and Hunting: what was the fourth one? (There is on KZbin a version of the rare "Agnes" that has "orchestral" in its description, but it isn't, though it _is_ different piano to the version he performed on "Parkinson" in the leadup to Tom Foolery.)
@AlexSh7894 жыл бұрын
I believe the fourth is "We Will All Go Together When We Go," which I haven't uploaded yet (you can still find the concert and solo versions on my channel). I must say, it's a refresher to finally see someone who actually reads the description.

What is the context to this one? I don’t get it because I don’t know the context like the other songs.

The correct roman numerals for 1960 are MCMLX and it's spelled "Tom Lehrer" I don't think you can copyright the words to someone's else's music or public domain materials, even if you are performing them.

V Sparrow - The production credits and details for the song itself are in the description (as is denoted in the rolling credits), whereas the title card exists to signify that I alone produced the video and no one else. Also, in this context (and in the font I use), the encircled C symbol does not stand for copyright.
