The tank was 'rented' so-to-speak. Likely from a Military Surplus Yard that is used by various members of Hollywood for movies like GI Joe and Transformers and the like. The one driving it is either Military-personnel that helps run the Yard, or is Ex-military and runs the hard.. or could also just be some random guy like us who's luckily able to have a job driving tanks around :D
