Tom is only a guide. Only we can save ourselves. He’s a candle in the dark. The more people who wake up and spread the message, the more candles light up, and illuminate the space for others who are still lost. Be patient, and keep spreading the word. Once people realize that us who know what’s up are the majority they will have the courage to speak out and join us. Obviously it’s not easy for the parasite class to conquer us, or they wouldn’t work so hard to divide and distract us.

That year of not smoking flew by like those jets that were off to save the world. Good on you for that because man your body, song voice and health will thank you tremendously for that later. Yea, this twilight zone outer limits episode we are in is just starting its first season and is not going off the air anytime soon. Learn how to cope and deal in a broken world, spread truth, and don't be afraid of the things that must come. Most importantly, get your spiritual life in order because these sure seem to be latter times we are hanging out in.

I quit smoking cold turkey on 10-05-2009. I did not plan it, I just woke up on October 5th and did not want to smoke any more. That was one of the most greatest choices of my life. My advice to anyone trying to quit is to not try to quit but to quit. Trying only gives you an out and makes you feel good about yourself. They are only cravings and do not actually hurt.

Mineral oil helps take off tough, long stay makeup. I have sensitive eyes and have to wear waterproof mascara and mineral oil is all I've ever used to take it off. It doesn't clog pores and is hypoallergenic too. Hope that helps! 💯🇨🇦❤️✌️

Good to hear u quit smoking I used the nicotine gum. When it first came out. For well over a year. I craved that fix but then I started to chew more gum. And rid myself of the nicorate gum. Just do it. For about 7 years I’d have a nitemare I was smoking. I could smell in my nose. When I woke. That’s it. I sent for your albums I believe Jesus is using you. And your family. 🇺🇸🙏✝️

Glad you're choosing to not smoke. It's an addiction that can be hard to quit, which I'm sure you know. My dad has 40% lung capacity due to smoking all his life, and I'm sure alcoholism hadn't helped, but considering all that have been blessed by what you put out you know all we want is the best for you because of all you do. Congratulations Tom 4 quiting smoking I used 2 smoke a lot of pks of cigarettes be4 my wife got my 2 quit cold turkey I'm not gonna lie it was had at 1st but I haven't picked up a cigarette in almost 8yrs now or something like that ever now then I get the urge but I fight through it just either spend time watching movies with my wife on our smart phones or I either watch KZbin videos or listen 2 Pandora mainly listen 2 a lot of Tom McDonalds music on Pandora or I'll watch people react to his music videos on KZbin or I play games on my smart phone like township is the best one I like 2 play but it takes 4ever 4 u 2 collect your farm products or wait 4 buildings or houses and other stuff 2 build and I've also been playing a lot of semi truck simulator games 2 I hope u have a good day Tom keep up the good work on quiting smoking cigarettes love u guys

So Question for you. How did you quit smoking? Was it will power cold turkey? Did you use anything to help out with that? I'm a smoker I started at a young age. An I would absolutely love to quit! It is by far 1 of thee hardest to do! I've beat alot of other things. Drinking, Drugs! But cigarettes. Dammit are a hard habit to stop! Just wanted to know your secret 😊. An also some advice from me to you! The Dark ring's under your eyes! They could be just that you are a Boss Bossing it up, working hard as usual. But that is also a sign of anemia! In case you aren't aware it's LOW IRON in your body. I have anemia rather pritty bad. Take IRON pills everyday. Trust me they absolutely WORK!
