Tom already has, and is already incredibly popular in America. It’s a shame that some of our best musicians/singers are virtually unknown in Britain, for example Tom Misch, Lianne La Havas, Ella Mai, Jorja Smith, Mahalia, Michael Kiwanuka, to name a few.

I took my my two teenagers to see the Tom Misch Gig on Perranporth beach at the weekend. Of all the bands I have seen over the years, it was one of the funkiest and most musically sharp things I have seen, its also opened my children's eyes to the joys of real music by supremely talented musicians....

Obviously Tom was brilliant as always, but I just wish the sound engineer had given the bass guitar more prominence, as it’s incredibly central to Tom’s songs.

I think the bass is there but it's super low. You need a good speaker, headphone, or iem that can go really low and have a good detail. I'm curious what bass guitar or effect that he use to get that super low bass tone. It's one of the lowest bass guitar tone I've heard.
