OMG I just got into learning the major importance in the Fascia System. I have been doing it to basically do the same as this video taught me. It has taught me as a Chronic Pain Patient this is something HUGE in the Pain world.

Dear Thomas Myers, I have a question regarding your brilliant videos. In my Education i learned the so called "Bindegewebsmassage", you can translate it with "fascia massage or technique. It was invented in 1929 by Elisabeth Dicke. I havee seen now that these techniques you use are not the same but really similar. Are you familar with this technique? It is also used to influence the harmony of the organs for example the Lungs after a Disease. (By Influencing the Fascia and Skin in the associated fascial spots) I would be very greatful if you could answer, All the Best Léon
