As one of the most poignant and meaningful writers Tom is one of the few who can be trusted with words of Bob Dylan. I call it Bob's snarl than no man can copy. Never will anyone write and sing so composed and restrained as Bob so that even those the song attacks cannot escape its meaning or logic. Then those that understand it, it evokes that hope of change but anger filled with sadness and frustration towards those ignorant to the message.
