Thomas King is already proving to be no better than his late father. And no doubt that he'll get even worse as time goes on. But if he so much as harms that dog or any animal let alone kill them, well then he'll no longer be regarded as a human being. He'll even lose easily in a contest between him and Carl as to which of the two is worse - because for all of Carl's transgressions from start to finish at least he was still human. Thomas will get badder for sure, most likely beyond redemption, but him killing a puppy or cat or any other pet will make him completely irredeemable in a heartbeat.

He would of saw what he was kicking and even if it was blind rage, it was violent and he showed little remorse for it. If he apologised as a normal person then fine but he did not. The entire plot of his story is a domestic violence and toxic abuse relationship storyline, he is supposed to be seen as a narcisstic and manipulative character, they are not ruining him. He is also supposed to be seen in the light of revenge, revenge possibly for his father or there has to be some other explanation. Who knows yet? But he is not a ruined character, judging by his role and the way he projects himself, his range of manipulative skills, I'd say he has definetly done this before or has always been this unfathombly bad.

Makes me want to change channel. Keep the acting good please and we don't need so much psychosis and manic depression. Emmerdaledoesn't have to be a flagship for ALL human problems. It'snot a counselling session. It's a soap! There are many happy contented families in real life too, as role models for young viewers. After all, Emmerdale is still a village? Not New York!
