I missed the I'm retired viedo. Tom watching you got me back into my old hobby. I sold all my guns in the early 90's but the fall of our Civilization ( Covid ) brought me back to guns and boobtube found you. I have taken a big hit$$$ , but having fun. Thanks, and enjoy some free time.

Awww yea! Looking forward to SOS in a few more weeks!! I had an orange laminated paper holster like that but it smaller and had a 38H in it. Sold it a few years back.

Congrats on your retirement! Really like your knowledge and exquisite weapons, enjoy seeing them although I cant afford them. One thing, I would ask, is to show the items with a little less turning, twisting motions to allow longer views of the things you point out. I am virtually seasick after watching this video, and miss many details due to quick movements. Just pointing this out, it's not going to stop me from watching. Keep the videos coming, as I always learn something from each.

Tom-two questions. First, will you personally be involved in authenticating the guns Legacy sells? Your knowledge of the nuances of gun manufacturing along with that mental encyclopedia you carry around would be hard to replace. Although I’ve only made minor purchases from Legacy, my plan is still to buy collectible guns and I consider your company to be absolutely trustworthy because of you. Second-I hope you live a long and happy life, but when your time comes, who in the world is going to handle the sale of your collection? I can only imagine the “Let’s open the safe” videos of the Whiteman Collection. Congratulations again on your well deserved retirement.

19:39, 1944 the german retreated, BUT the Beretta factory was (and is) in North Italy, which was occupied till the end of the war in april 1945. Nothing to do with Rome, which is in central Italy and liberated in June 1944.

Could the "W" be a mark for a replacement or a rare case of double stamping of the same serial and they caught it before being shipped and they added the "W" to get a unique serial without remaking a lot of pieces and even reblueing?

I’m looking for a 1917 p08 Luger holster the problem is it’s been rebarreled to. A 6” barrel. here in Canada to make it a restricted which allows it to be kept anyone k ow where I could find something that would work
