About the VIN checking, ANY police officer anywhere in the country can perform a VIN check (this is a free service), and that is accepted in any state. I imported a car from another country, called the local PD, and they sent an officer. He did the check, signed the form, I mailed the docs, and got my license and registration in the mail a couple weeks later. Just letting you know since I'm sure you'll need that service many more times.

Yeah, he is right that people (Mazapin and Latifi) pay for drives, but to get a Super license, you need to score enough points in series such as F3 & F2. You need 40 points, for perspective finishing 2nd in the Indy car championship pays 30 points.

Celebrities who are really into cars can be impressive by showing off their collection and/or really nice cars. I feel great knowing that I would also be as impressive, maybe even more so, since the only thing making them seem like car guys at all to most is their paycheck. They can afford to buy these cars. I may seem like an average Joe compared to Tom, Jay Leno, etc., but I know that my love for cars is more impressive than anything they could ever hope to achieve. It's all about the money.
