TOM STRONG #1 - ALAN MOORE'S LOVE LETTER TO ADVENTURE COMICS

Tom Strong is probably my favorite Alan Moore work as well. I've only read a bit of it, hope to read more soon. Is it my impression or are the pages about Tom's history, the comic within the comic, colored a little different from the other ones? Thank you always for the great content.

So I used to read Tom Strong and then a new issue came out and the cover said "Moore" but then I started reading the story and thought, "What is this crap?" It was written by Steve Moore, who was a friend of Alan's but not ten percent the writer Alan Moore is.

@@Jimvanhise Leifeld has a story about how Alan Moore tried to negotiate trading off writing duties for Supreme with Steve but keeping this same pay rate. Leifeld understandably was not interested.
