I would encourage you to find a church that you can grow your faith in! I think that finding a church isn’t really regarded as important in Christianity nowadays but in reality God has called us to congregate and worship the Lord. JusticeForSome I understand where u are coming from but throughout the Bible, church was an extremely prominent thing. Of course one huge example is Paul and his numerous letters to several churches. But the idea of pastoral-ship and it’s relationship with a church is very important and sets a model for many other types of relationships in our lives. I don’t believe you need a “big building” to worship but church is truly so much more than that and it clearly depicted that way in the Bible. Also tithing is discussed in the Bible which I’d giving 10 percent to your church. Dude! Perfect! It was a common form of capital punishment of the times. Jesus was crucified next to two other thieves. I've mentioned on another comment the intent using the cross imagery was not sacrilage. The cross in the video is emblematic of being heavily opposed or canceled for having an unpopular opinion. Now if he tried to look like Jesus on the cross, naked and bloodied with a crown of thorns in his head, Christians would have a case for blasphemy or sacrilage. But he didn't go there because the message would be overshadowed by the excessiveness of that imagery. He made sure the shock value did not cross the line to overkill so that the message was not lost in translation. Tom and Nova are true artists!
