Thought some of his shots in the 4th were him trying to get himself going instead of rolling with what was working. His biggest plays were defensively and on the boards, he's gotta trust that when White and Porzingis are cooking he doesn't need to go out and make sure we all remember that he's the best player, just make the right play. @@class7469 "if he bolts" and where precisely would he bolt to? What other team has a starting lineup as strong as KP, Brown, White, and Jrue? He'll "bolt" to a team where he will either be the main guy again (and be surrounded by less help than he already is) and flounder without people who can bail him out when he has a bad night. Or do you see him going to a super team like the lakers or nuggets and have to be number two behind Jokic or Lebron? He's not gonna do that either. I think JT is a fantastic player and routinely the best on the Celtics, but that doesn't mean I'm a blind fanboy who will excuse terrible shot decision when that's gonna make or break us in the playoffs, where a bad night or two of decision making is the difference between winning it all and going home. They're not gonna get a better chance than this year to take it all.

ok let me generate some positivity here. that third quarter was the best ive seen tatum play. driving into the basket with that fuck you mentality is how we are gonna get over the hump. he took it upon himself to turn it around bc he was awful in the first half i was ready to rip him a new one lol. but i cant overlook that third quarter and how he handles himself in OT not doing stupid things. thats mvp championship level shit right there

And as stating the obvious, he does everything else to contribute to winning for his team. 5 steals, 10 assists, 8 rebounds, he made the willing effort to lead his team to a win. That’s all you can ask for when the shots not falling.
