Hello Jen, can you help me , I’m trying to Can 2 things Tamarind with brown sugar as a agua fresca concentrate and nopales (cactus pads) I can’t find a safe recipe nor the processing time I live in a 3,100 elevation

You can pickle them and process for 10 minutes in a water bath or pc them for 35 minutes.
