@@gerihat-trick7634 Sure That i would agree would raise some flags, but they seem to trigger the second a step is taking on a loud surface, route or not, even if you Just clobbered a guard and walks the same path they were going to. I know the game is old and they can't think of everything or code in so the guards will not care aslong as you don't walk off the beaten path, but they didn't have to make them so Gung Ho about it is all. Player: *takes a step off the carpet* Guard: When i find you, YOU'RE DEAD, TAFFER!

One of my few complaints with Thief. If a guard has heard footsteps from more than, say, two friendly sources within the past thirty seconds they should ignore the player walking or creeping.

When it comes to technical side, art and writing as a whole, this mod is a shining gem, but when it comes to lore it somewhat falls on it's face: a. if it's Thief 2 prequel, you shouldn't find any sound recording/playing devices in civilian hands, neither should any be playing in public, as they were closely guarded Mechanists secret up until end of Thief 2 b. mod creators clearly mixed up Tudor with Georgian periods as influence: think more 'Romeo and Juliet' and less 'Pride and Prejudice'
