@@mint5438 it's about entropy and the enevitability of death. Even in the most tranquil of moments mortality looms everpresent in the back of your mind. Life is like that boulder precariously perched atop the hill, a delecately ballenced process that comes undone at the slightest push. You gain the ability to think, but if you think too much your thoughts turn to the skeletal presence in the dome. The birthday dome plays with similar themes, even though its a festive occasion sometimes you cant help but be reminded that you're one year closer. You may feel alone in that, as though it is only you and death. But if you empathise, and see the world through anothers eyes (literally death in this case) you see that you arent alone. Youre surrounded by death, everyone at the party is also subject to entropy and decay. Its up to you to either take solidarity from that or be broken by it.

How come no one has made high tech glasses that have ports that take in the smells around you and than telling you what that smell is by flashing it with huge letters in front of your eyes, would make it easy to identify things you didn't know smelled a certain way or for people that can't smell at all. Well either way if that will ever be made or not, I think this vod rocks, keep it up our Tomato Overlord.

Our smell is chemoreceptors that detect minute concentrations of molecules in the air. A fart does not increase the methane or sulfur % in the air by even 0.01%, yet we detect it. But if all air was replaced with 100% nitrogen, we wouldn't even notice, except for the fact that we're choking. So not only would you have to make the detail the glasses give you about the smell hyper minute (like it wouldn't say "fart" or "shit", but rather the molecules in the air that cause the smell we associate with those. Which beats the point at simulating human perception), it would also have to be uniquely tuned to the human sense of smell and ignore a 100% increase in Nitrogen in the air, but show a 0.01% increase in methane or sulfur. No matter how far science advances, such a invention is completely unfeasible.

When Super first started, there wasn't a dub for a good year or so, so I had to resort to watching the sub before the internet spoiled it all for me. At first, yes, grandma Goku was grating as shit. But after a while it grew on me. And then when the Goku Black arc happened I gained a lot of respect for the voice actor. She's like, 90 years old and voices half the saiyans. This is all ancient knowledge of mine that I read years ago, so I'm probably wrong, but she voiced like Goku, Trunks, Goku Black, Vegeta, and a few others or some shit. So they had to take multiple breaks during production because they were literally killing her with how many voices she had to do for each episode. Yeah, the voice is weird. But I can't blame kids for growing up with her. And she's a real fucking trooper for screaming all this dragon bullshit for so many years. Rock on, grandma goku.
