She did an amazing job! I am a huge fun of all the games, I loved the movie, it did a good job using what the game had but still did it’s own thing! If you didn’t know it was tied to a game it was a great action adventure! In my opinion of course!

I really love Alicia as the young Lara. I liked angelina too but those movies didnt quite catch the essence of the original games. This one did a lot better of a job. I did hate that her father ended up being alive, it took away from the need to learn to survive on her own. Also, did anyone else laugh when they lit the flare and threw it down the pit?

It just changed the whole idea why Iara became the tomb raider. She did it because she wanted to clear her father's name and see fit herself if he died a fraud or if the myths were true. Him being alive didn't add anything to the story and was a real kick in the gut for tomb raider fans

She nailed the role. I agree with her replacing Angelina Jolie. Although folks prefer Jolie, she got old and I don’t think she is nearly in as good shape for the stunts. Its been nearly 14 or so years. Jolie is old. I enjoyed this rebooted Tomb Raider. Jolie fits for an older Laura Croft. This girl fits a young one, and she looks similar to the Laura in the rebooted video games.

Extremely disappointed by the movie... essentially it was just a cut down version of the reboot game but because of that it lacked substance. The island seemed very small, the characters unbelievable, the island situation seemed very far-fetched, and it was more or less meh... Just go play the game for the full story. This should have either been completely different or a movie set between the first two games.
